Nu-You Technologies files Patent Infringement Lawsuits Against Industry Competitors
DALLAS – October 23, 2015 – Nu-You Technologies, LLC, manufacturer of the popular Nudred Hair Sculpting Tool, announced that it has filed lawsuits for patent infringement in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division against seven industry competitors.
The lawsuits allege infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,198,050, entitled “Hair Sculpting Device and Methods.” The inventors of the patented technology, Brigitte Goupou and Bruce Boyd, formed Nu-You Technologies to manufacture and sell a product used to practice their invention that they named the Nudred. The Nudred is a unique hair sculpting tool designed to create clumps of hair, commonly referred to as dreds or twists, in a fraction of the time as previous methods. Nu-You Technologies, LLC is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It proudly manufactures the Nudred in the United States of America.
